Explore the paradise island of Nusa Penida
Nusa Penida is an island southeast of Bali, Indonesia. It belongs to the Balinese administrative district of Klungkung.
The island is 20 km long and 12 km wide. The Badung Strait separates Nusa Penida from Bali. The island is on limestone, has little rainfall and is exceptionally green. Unlike Bali, Nusa Penida has a drier climate. That is why rice grows there only in a few areas. Agriculture mainly consists of growing cereals and seaweed. Because of this climate, the species composition also differentiates. It was therefore not foreseeable in 2006 whether the resettlement of the endangered Bali star would be successful. Fortunately, the population of 37 birds originally brought to the island has increased significantly. This positive breeding success gives hope for the future.

In exceptional cases we organize a driver who is also experienced and speaks English. If more than 4 guests are interested in the resort, we organize as many air-conditioned cars as necessary. All tours are including 3 sights and on each tour there is an optional 4th sight to admire.
